Citrus Catering Co's owner & chef, Britney Williams, has over ten years' dedicated experience in the food and beverage industry, including years of catering management & executive chef work. She graduated from the Art Institute of Charleston with her Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. She is a young & passionate chef, who loves expressing herself through her food, and watching that food make a special day for a client even better! She specializes in elevating Southern and Low-country cuisine with bold and bright ingredients, locally sourced from the Carolinas.
Certified Pastry Chef Rosalee Matthews has fourteen years experience in day to day operations of a café at Cathedral of Praise was well as her associate's degree in Baking and Pastry from Trident Technical College. She also has experience as a line cook and lead baker for Charleston Southern University through Aramark. She has sold and produced multiple wedding and party cakes for associates over the years. Rosalee's passion and enthusiasm for what she does translates into her tasty sweet treats.
